Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 14, 2019 (RSCNPF): An autopsy was performed on the body of 23-year-old Marcus Rubaine of Saddlers by Resident Pathologist, Dr. Adrian Nunez, on September 13. He concluded that death was as a result of asphyxia due to drowning.
