The UNODC Research and Trend Analysis Branch (RAB) is inviting citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis to apply for the position of Chief of the Data, Analytics, and Statistics Section (P-5) in Vienna, Austria.

The Chief of the Data, Analytics, and Statistics Section will be responsible for managing the Section’s work programme on drugs and crime statistics. Key responsibilities include leading and guiding the team in collecting, processing, validating, and disseminating data on drugs and crime; providing technical guidance on the methodological work of the Section and assisting team members in identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends and issues related to drugs and crime.
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, data analytics, information management, sociology, or a related field is required. A first-level university degree in similar fields, combined with two additional years of relevant experience, may be accepted in place of the advanced degree.
